Freshness – We buy direct from the Christmas tree farmers, allowing us to provide farm fresh trees. We offer the most fragrant and most beautiful trees available. In contrast, trees purchased from a tree lot may have been cut 4 to 6 weeks prior to your purchase. A tree from Christmas Tree Acres will last through the holiday season!

Knowledge – With many years of growing and selling trees, our staff is very knowledgeable and can answer many of the questions that you might have while selecting your tree.

Scotch Pine

Known for its dark green foliage and stiff branches, the Scotch Pine is well suited for decorating with both light and heavy ornaments. Previously one of the most popular trees. Branches are very compact, limited room to hang ornaments on the “inside” of the tree.

White Pine

White pines have long feathery needles in clusters of 5, good green color, and nice triangular shape. Medium strength branches capable of holding light to medium weight ornaments. Has very little aroma, but conversely is reported to result in fewer allergic reactions than do some of the more aromatic species.

Canaan Fir

Canaan fir is a medium-growing evergreen tree that features fantastic needle retention. Leaves are flat and needle-like, with a nice green color. With similarities between the Balsam Fir and Fraser Fir, it is a newer variety and is finding an increasing popularity with its symmetrical shape and fullness.

Fraser Fir

With a Traditional Pyramid shape and a dark bluish-green color. The Fraser Fir offers a mild citrus scent, sturdy branches and soft green needles that are arranged spirally. Easy cleanup with needles that don’t drop easily. Due to its strong branches, you can decorate the lush green tree with heavy decorations

Balsam Fir

Balsams have quickly become one of the most popular Christmas trees. Needles have a dark green color with hints of blue and silver. With an attractive conical shape and a wonderful fresh scent. Strong branches with very good needle retention, known for staying on the branches even without watering.

Wreaths

We hand make our wreaths from greens cut fresh from our trees. Our wreaths are long lasting and have a beautiful aroma. There’s nothing better than the fresh smell of Christmas greens to heighten that special Christmas feeling.
